About 600 removal requests per quarter.
Across all active clients, our file roughly 600 individual data-broker removal requests per quarter. Most are routine. A new entry appears, our file the opt-out, the broker complies within their stated window.
About 12% don't comply on the first pass.
Some brokers drag. Some don't have a working opt-out form. Some require a follow-up on a different channel. Mateo's pipeline tracks compliance and re-files automatically. By the second or third pass, almost everything is cleared.
The few that don't clear.
Maybe 2% of requests end up at a broker that simply will not cooperate. Those go to legal escalation when the entry contains material that's clearly inaccurate or unauthorised. Some get cleared. Some don't, and we tell the client that we have done what we can do.
