A summary of the methods the team uses to read identity, wealth, and geopolitical signals against your file. Not the full implementation; that lives in the engagement. The version below is the public-facing read so you understand the work.
Three layers run in parallel. Each one builds an independent picture, and the team reads each picture with a different lens. When a signal lights up across two layers in the same week, that is the strongest possible read short of a confirmed event.
Continuous parsing of 38+ data broker networks, multiple breach feeds, certificate-transparency logs for look-alike domains, search-engine residue checks, image-surfacing endpoints, and SIM-swap signals through carrier intelligence. Quality classifiers de-duplicate across sources so the same exposure does not page you twice.
Output: same-day notes on Cover, real-time on Standing and Reserve.
Bank circulars and supervisory letters across UK, EU, US, CH, SG, HK and UAE. Exchange health monitoring across 8+ major platforms with custom indicators of operational stress. Custodian disclosure parsing. Sanctions cross-reference against OFAC, OFSI and EU lists. Real-estate registry residue for jurisdictions you have flagged.
Output: morning briefs with same-day notes on Cover, real-time on Standing.
Open-source sentiment signals across diplomatic communications volume. Sanctions-pipeline pattern detection from regulatory pre-cycle activity. Banking-corridor disruption signals (capital flows, correspondent banking traffic). War-precursor pattern recognition: activity on military equipment markets, civilian flight rerouting, currency premium movements. None of these are guesses. Each one is a published statistical leading indicator.
Output: quarterly brief on Cover, monthly on Standing, real-time on Reserve.
From signal in the world to a sentence in your inbox.
Sources update on their own schedule. Some are seconds, some minutes, some hours. The pipeline pulls each source as it updates and feeds it into a triage queue. About 10,000 raw signals across the client base every day.
A first-stage classifier filters at high recall for member-relevance. A second-stage scorer narrows to what reaches the team. About 35 signals per day reach a teammate's queue. The rest sit in your file for the morning brief.
A teammate reads each high-priority signal and decides what to do. Send a real-time note. Add to the morning brief. Hold for more context. Escalate to voice on Standing or Reserve. Judgement is human; the system supports.
By the channel and timing your settings dictate. Cover gets the morning brief plus same-day notes on the encrypted channel. Standing gets real-time notes on the encrypted channel for qualifying events. Reserve gets sub-minute escalation through their dedicated teammate.
A strategy is partly about what we exclude. The list below is deliberate, and we have turned away work that would have required us to compromise on it.
For the underlying methodology in greater depth, the journal carries entries on the work the team is doing. New entries roughly once a week.
