What we mean by private watch
Founder's note. What we are and what it isn't, in plain language.
We watch.
We are not a identity watch service. Not a wealth advisor. Not a law firm. What we do is watch the public record on you and your wealth and tell you what we see, in real time, with a small team with deliberate scale. The watch is continuous. The team is small. The reading is careful.
We don't custody anything.
Ever. No keys. No accounts. No credentials. Watching from outside is the cleanest way to do it. If we held anything for you we would have a conflict of interest with reading clearly on the systems that hold it. We don't want that conflict, even a little of it.
We are small on purpose.
A small team. Reachable. The team will not grow past a size where I cannot personally read every active file. If we hit that ceiling, we close the door for new clients rather than dilute the work. The point is not to be big.
