A short note on why the prices look the way they look.
Watch is priced like a serious software subscription.
Hundred dollars a month. Less than most managed-cyber-defense subscriptions for a small business. We can do that because the system is automated and the team is small. The work that goes into watching you on Watch is real work, but it's not labour-intensive on our end.
Cover is priced where the team time enters.
Four hundred dollars a month. This is where you get the encrypted channel, the family extension, the quarterly call. Now you have a meaningful claim on the team's calendar.
Standing is priced for 24-hour standby.
Eight hundred dollars a month. We are awake at 3am for you. We hold the voice line. The price reflects the structural commitment to be available around the clock.
