Our first month in numbers
What August looked like as we started up.
Three clients in month one.
All three came through introductions. We didn't take all the introductions we received. Two we declined for fit reasons. One we declined because of an adjacency conflict with someone we were already considering.
What the system did in month one.
Set up. Sources came online in batches. Identity reads completed for all three clients by end of week three. By end of month one the daily watch was running on each.
What came next.
Quiet expansion. The team was learning where the system needed work. Month two and three were heavy on calibration. Month four we started accepting more clients. By December we were at near-capacity.
