Why most of what we do isn't marketing.
We write.
The journal you are reading is written by the team. It's not ghostwritten. It's not a content marketing pipeline. It's notes from the work, written down and posted because some of you read them and they make our thinking clearer to share.
We don't run paid acquisition.
No paid social. No SEO content farms. No conferences. The clients who join us join through introductions or because they read the journal and reach out. That is the funnel.
Why this works for now.
We are at a small team and our client capacity is small. The cost of acquiring a client through introductions is zero, and the fit is high. If we ever needed to scale, we would have a different conversation. We are not having that conversation.
