The three rules that don't move
Founder's note on the things we won't change.
We don't custody anything.
Ever. No keys, no accounts, no credentials. The watch is from outside. This rule is structural, not negotiable.
We don't take work that conflicts.
If two clients' interests conflict, we don't take the second member, even if it costs us a fee. We don't run two clients on opposite sides of a transaction. We don't take clients where reading carefully would be a conflict with reading carefully on someone we already take.
We don't grow past a small team.
