How the encrypted channel works
Cover and Standing clients get a two-way line into the team. Here's the technical shape.
End-to-end encrypted, on a known platform.
We don't run our own encryption. Inventing your own crypto is how you get compromised. We use a known E2E platform that the team uses internally and that's well-audited. Clients get added to a per-client channel with two of the practice present.
What clients use it for.
Anything you want to ask without writing email. Quick context on a news story. A check before a meeting. A document you want a fast read on. A worry that doesn't yet have a question. The channel is yours.
We aim for an hour.
Average response time has been about 35 minutes during business hours. Standing clients effectively get same-hour any time. Cover clients get same-day in off-hours.
