The morning brief: format, length, what's in it

A description of what arrives at 7am your local time.

Short. Member-specific. Read in ninety seconds.

The brief is built to be read in under two minutes. If it takes longer, we have over-written it. Most days are quiet. Quiet days get a quiet brief, sometimes just confirming the watch is healthy and nothing material happened overnight.

Three sections.

Identity-side: any new exposure, removed entries, look-alike domains. Wealth-side: any account, exchange, custodian, or sanctions movement. Calendar: anything in the public record this week that touches your structures.

The bottom line.

Every brief ends with one of three lines: 'No action required.' 'Heads up, nothing urgent.' 'You should know about this today.' Most days are the first line. The second is most weeks. The third is what we are awake for.
