On a quiet week, you might not hear from us at all. That's a good week. Most of what's running for you is in the background, and most of the value is in the things that didn't happen because we caught the precursor.

When you do hear from us, it's because we had to.

We don't write to you to look busy. We write when you should know something. The signal-to-noise of our notes is the entire point.

We are reachable.

If something is bothering you and you want a human to hear it, write us. The encrypted channel, the email, the phone if you're on Standing. We answer. That part doesn't get automated.
