I rewrote the systems this quarter. Short version.

Notes from the rebuild that landed in production last week.

Two-stage triage instead of single-pass.

Old: every signal was scored once and either alerted or dropped. New: a fast first stage filters at high recall, a slower second stage scores the survivors with higher precision. We catch more without drowning the team.

Faster source updates.

Adding a new data broker, a new sanctions feed, or a new exchange used to be a half-day of integration. Now it's a configuration change. We can move faster when something new appears.

Better timing on the morning brief.

Brief generation moved from 06:30 to 06:15 London time. Clients on Cover and Standing have an extra fifteen minutes before the morning starts. Quiet improvement.
