What we do during your first thirty days
What an interested client should expect from the first month with we.
Days one through three: intake.
A thirty-minute call with me or with the named lead who will run your file. Plain conversation. We talk through what sits in your file and what you are worried about. We don't push for documents.
Days four through fourteen: first reading.
We read the open record on you. Photo and face surfacing, breach exposure, data broker presence, look-alike domain check. If you are on Cover or Standing, the wealth-side watch happens in parallel.
Days fifteen through twenty-one: protocols.
How we reach you. Who else can receive briefs. Out-of-band verification on voice instructions. For Standing, the voice-escalation protocol.
Day twenty-two onward: the watch is live.
Morning brief begins delivery. Real-time alerts start flowing. The team becomes your correspondent. From here it runs.
