Short note. We want this to be clear.
We want to be reachable, not searchable.
Putting our photos on the open internet creates a recognition surface that we'd rather not have for ourselves and the people we work with. The clients know who they speak to. The work doesn't depend on the team being a public face.
Not about being mysterious.
We are not trying to be cloaked. The names are real. The roles are real. You'll see us on calls, in person, at meetings. We just don't put images of ourselves on the open web for the same reasons we don't put the clients' images there.
The exception.
Speaking events and conferences, when one of us speaks publicly, that's on us, and the photos that result we accept. We don't volunteer them.
